Viewing the Audit Log

Learn how to view your Audit Log which is a log of actions completed in the system.

The Audit log is a helpful tool to track users and the changes that they make within your iVvy account.

It stores the date and time of the action, the user that made the change, the IP address, and the actual change that happened.

You can view and search through the Audit log by navigating to Global Settings > Security > Audit Log.

To assist with viewing more then 15 entries to a page - select on the right hand side and increase the number (XX per page).

To assist with narrowing your search criteria down to a specific date period and/or user; Located on the right hand side of the page is a search bar to be able to search the following.
