As well as Invitation Managers RSVPing their contacts, an administrator can view all invitations by all Invitation Managers and RSVP a contact to the event on an Invitation Manager's behalf.
To View Invitations and RSVP contacts as the Administrator
- Navigate to: Manage Registrations > Invitations > Invited Contacts
- Here you can view all invitations by all Invitation Managers, and search for and RSVP a contact to an event.
- Tick a contact, click “Change Status” and select the appropriate RSVP.
- You can also tick “Change Priority” and re-priortise the invitation.
- You can delete an invitation (please note this only deletes the invitation, not the whole contact from the database) by ticking the contact and clicking the “delete” button.
