      Using Program Templates to display sessions / functions and your program

      PLEASE NOTE THIS ARTICLE ONLY APPLIES TO SIMPLE EVENTS AND TEMPLATED WEBSITES, NOT OUR NEW LIQUID EDITOR.

      Program templates, give you the ability to change the way that the program appears on your website, and on the optional sessions / functions page during the delegates registration.
      Programs can be presented horizontally, vertically or on the standard display. If you are using streams, the standard display is not available for you however.

      Horizontally: Will display your streams across the page in columns.
      Note: The horizontal display can only be sorted by time.

      Vertical Streams: Will display your sessions down the page. Days will be separated with a date header. The sessions / functions will have a color to signify which stream they belong to.

      Vertical Streams, No Time: Will display your sessions down the page, but without times.

      Sessions / Functions Only: Will display your sessions / functions down the page. Without any day headings.

      This can be sorted by time, or alphabetically, or alphabetically (grouped by day).

      To change the program template for your event:

      1. Navigate to Event Setup > Event Settings > Registrations Tab
      2. Scroll down to multiple sessions, and change “Use Program Template” to yes, and select your preferred settings.
