      The Resource Diary

      Learn how to manage your Resources availability from the Resources Diary

      A Resource is a piece of Audio Visual equipment or Theming equipment. The Resource Diary will give you a visual display of each Resource and when it is allocated to a booking. The Diary will only display Internal Resources and not External Resources

      Access the Diary 

      1. Navigate to Venue > Bookings > Resource Diary 
      2. You can filter the Diary by Day or Week View
      3. The Diary can be printed Print Button; located on the top right hand side of the diary
      4. You are also able to open a Booking or Quote directly from the Resource Diary, however you are not able to allocate resources directly from this screen.
