      Setup 2-Step Verification

      Learn how to setup 2-step authentication for your iVvy account

      2-Step Verification enables an extra layer of protection on your iVvy account. When logging in your team will be asked to enter a 6 digit code from an authentication app. The authentication apps available to work with iVvy 2-Step are YubiKey and Google Authenticator. 

      Turn On 2-Step Verification

      1. Navigate to Global Settings > Security > Account Security 
      2. Authentication Method will need to be set to Basic to see the 2-Step verification option 
      3. Set 2-Step Verification to your chosen Authentication app
      4. Update any additional security settings
      5. Click Save

      Enable 2-Step Verification on your Device

      1. Navigate to Global Settings > General > My Details
      2. 2-Step Verification: Setup 
      3. Scan the Barcode in your authenticator app
      4. Enter the code from your authenticator app 
      5. Click Save
