Learn how to set up Event Guidelines on your iVvy Marketplace listing

Clients seeking function spaces and venue hire will more often than not have requests for certain guidelines to be met, such as BYO Food/Drink, Underaged Birthday Parties, or DIY Theming for example, and by setting this information up on your listing you will  help the client ensure your space is perfect for their needs, plus save some time answering common questions. You have the ability to put this information on your listing in the form of an indicative tick.

Add your Event Guidelines to your listing:

  1. Navigate to Setup > Venue Details > Marketplace Profile tab
  2. Scroll down until you see "Accept/Decline Facilities" and tick each that you can accommodate. Anything you don't click will be faded out and have a small symbol to indicate you don't provide this facility
  3. Click "Save"
  4. Check your listing by clicking "View Marketplace Profile"
