Setting up Additional Descriptions for your Marketplace Listing

Learn how to update your venue description to be relevant to the Event Type a customer is searching for on the Marketplace.

Additional Descriptions allow you to showcase specific information about your venue based on the type of event potential clients are searching for.

For Example; Your description on the marketplace may not include all of the details of your venue's ability to hold a Wedding but now for anyone searching for a wedding they will be treated to your additional description outlining the things your venue can offer them for their event.

To set up your additional descriptions you simply need to do the following:

  1. Navigate to Setup > Online Bookings.

  2. Click on the 'Page Content' tab.

  3. Enter your description into the text-box for some or all of the categories - Conference / Event / Meeting / Wedding.

    Note: If you leave one or more of the boxes empty the main description from the Venue Details page will be used instead. 

  4. Click 'Save'.
