Setting Capacity notifications for your event

It is important to be able to know when you are nearing capacity on your event, so you can respond accordingly, whether its hotel accommodation so you can call the hotel and organise more rooms, or just know when registrations are near to full.

iVvy offers the ability to send you an email when you are nearing certain capacities for your event, to keep you informed of your registration process. To set your event notification capacities:

1. Navigate to: Event Setup > Notification Emails > System Notifications Tab
2. Edit the relevant type
3. Click the level % that you wish to be notified at when you are nearing the % of capacity.
4. Click Save

You will now receive a notification letting you know when the % that you have selected has been reached.
