Report Builder

Create reports to be automatically generated distributed at regular intervals.

The Report Builder tool is available to save your preferred columns and field order, and to schedule reports to be emailed at your preferred time. Each staff member can build their own report, with their own preference of columns displayed and the order they are displayed in.

You are able to use the report builder to schedule

You can access the Report Builder from the home screen of iVvy

  1. Navigate to 'Venues' at the top of the page

  2. Click on the 'Report Builder' tab

  3. Click 'Add Report'

  4. Complete the following:
    • Name: Name of your Report 
    • Report Type: Select the Report Type. See links above for the contents of each report
    • Limit Report To: Select the Venue(s) or Venue Group that you would like to be included in this report
  5. Click 'Next'
  6. Select the fields that you would like to be included in the report
  7. Click 'Next'
  8. Set the display order for the fields. Use the 8 dots to drag and drop the order, and press Save Sort Order to lock them in place
  9. Click 'Next'
  10. Depending on the report selected, enter in any required criteria, such as opportunity created date, booking date range or salesperson
  11. Click 'Next'
  12. Complete the following: 
    • Build Report: Select whether you would like the system to auto-generate the report or simply have the report in the back end so you can generate when you need. If you would like the report to auto-generate you need to opt for how often the report should be built. 
    • Data Range: Enter the data range to be included in the report
  13. Click 'Save'

Your report will sit under the Report Builder tab and generate based on the auto-generation rules. If you need the report, you can also select the Report and click 'Build Now'. Your report will auto-generate and can be accessed by the columns on the right.
