Reordering your tickets & ticket categories on your website

Reordering your tickets and categories on the website is simple.

On the left hand side of the ticket, or ticket category, you will note eight small squares, and when you mouse over them, the pointer will turn into a four arrow cross. Once you see the cross, click and drag the ticket to the order that you wish to have it and then click “Save Sort Order” on the top of the toolbar. If you do not save the sort order the ordering will go back to the original order before you sorted it. .

Please note: When reordering tickets, if you are using categories, then the tickets will appear in the order that you have dragged them, but grouped by category first, then in the order that the tickets appear.
