Ordering your Speakers on your website

Ordering Speakers on your website is simple. There are a couple of ways to order your speakers.

Drag and Drop Into A Manual Order

1. Navigate to Event Setup > Speakers
2. On the left hand side of each speaker is a small eight box symbol, if you mouse over it your mouse pointer will turn into a cross. Now you can click and drag your speaker up and down accordingly.
3. Click save sort order on the toolbar above the speakers table.

Alphabetically

1. To sort your speakers alphabetically
2. Navigate to: Event Setup > Speakers > Speaker Settings Tab
3. Change Sort Alphabetically to “Yes”.

Please Note: If you have this setting to yes, and go and drop and drag your speakers into a certain order, they will still appear in alphabetical order. You need to turn Sort Alphabetically to “No” if you wish to take manual control over your ordering.
