As you may have already read, you can scan attendees into your event using the Delegate Scanning App.
You can also however manually mark attendees into your event through the iVvy console as well when necessary.
To mark attendees as attended your event
- Navigate to: Manage Registrations > Attendees > Attendees
- Search for the attendee in question
- Tick their registration (do not edit it) and then across the top of the attendee table, you will have an option “Attended event”. Select this and select yes or no depending on what you are trying to achieve.
