Logging into iVvy for the First Time

Learn how to login to iVvy for the first time

iVvy is a cloud-based application. This means that you can access iVvy on any internet enabled device through a browser.

iVvy does not support all web browsers so it is strongly recommended that you download and use the latest version of either Chrome, or Firefox. Some older browser versions will not be able to fully support the technology that iVvy needs to run.

Each client in iVvy is given a unique 'URL' where you will login.

The 'URL' looks like the below for each region:

  • AUS: https://www.ivvy.com.au/a/[your account name]/login
  • US: https://www.ivvy.com/a/[your account name]/login
  • EU/UK: https://www.ivvy.co.uk/a/[your account name]/login

Note: [your account name] is the name that is unique to your organisation. 

  1. Enter your Account Name
  2. Enter your Username
  3. Under the blue Login tab select "I can't remember my password". This will send an email to the address attached to your username prompting you to reset your password.
  4. This will bring you back to the login page where you enter your Account Name, Username and new Password
  5. Select "Login"

  1. Navigate to Global Settings > My Details
  2. There are three mandatory fields in this area that must be unique - First Name, Last Name and Email
  3. Complete Direct Phone Number and Job Title as this information will populate in your documents 
  4. Select if you wish to Receive Tasks Emails
Note This is where you can also change your password.
