Linking Survey Responses To Bookings and Contacts

Learn how you can send surveys to Booking Contacts directly from a booking.

This features allows Venues email booking contacts to obtain feedback for a booking. Each survey response will be able to be linked to the Booking and Contact. 

To start you will need to create a survey in your account. Please click here to learn how to create a survey.

Create Email Template  

  1. Inside your venue, navigate to Setup > Templates > Email Templates 
  2. Add New Template or Edit Existing > Write email template for sending your survey. 
  3. Place your cursor where you would like the survey link to sit in your email >  Click Add Placeholder icon (Last icon on the toolbar) > Select Survey Link
  4. Click 'Save'

Sending a Survey to Contacts of a Booking

  1. Navigate to Bookings > Bookings > Edit Booking 
  2. Click on the Contacts Tab > Select Contacts you wish to send the survey to
    Note: You can select up to 15 contacts at one time
  3. Click 'Send Survey' > Select your Email Template > Select Survey > Click 'Continue'
  4. Review and edit email as require > Click 'Send'

Note: A new set column is available for 'Surveys Sent' which links directly to the survey responses, if you have sent a Contact multiple surveys a link will be present for each one.

Survey Responses 

Option 1:

  1. Navigate to Marketing> Surveys > Select Survey > View Responses 
    Note: Additional set columns are available in the survey responses table for Booking and Contact details.

Option 2: 

  1. Navigate to Bookings > Bookings > Edit Booking 
  2. Click on the Contacts Tab > Ensure your Set Columns is displaying 'Survey Sent' 
  3. Click through to survey response > View Response
    Note: Additional set columns are available in the survey responses table for Booking and Contact details.

View All Contacts Responses 

  1. Navigate to CRM > Contacts > Edit Contact > Click the 'Subscription Details' tab 
  2. Click 'View Booking Surveys'
