Launching Your Event.

Now you have built your event website on the top right hand corner you can click “launch event” or “view event website”.

1. Launching your event: A non launched event is still a website, however it is not capable of taking live registrations. This is good while you are testing and confirming all the details before you are ready to take real registrations. If anybody stumbles onto your event website, they will not be able to complete a registration. When you launch an event, it will turn on registrations, and the payment gateway of your choice for your event if its a paid event.
2. Viewing the event website: The event website URL will remain the same whether the website is launched or not. So when you click on the “View Website” button, the URL you are taken too, is where you will eventually direct your contacts when you are ready to take registrations.
