Integrating your Activity Calendar with Microsoft Outlook

Learn how to add your Activities Calendar to your Microsoft Outlook

Outlook allows you to subscribe to the Activity Calendar in iVvy. It will be overlayed on top of any other calendars you already have in Outlook.

The feed is one way from iVvy into Outlook. Items added to your Outlook Calendar will not appear in your iVvy Activity Calendar.

To subscribe to your iVvy Activity Calendar in Outlook;

1. Navigate to Sales > Calendar.

2. Click the calendar icon on the top right hand side of the page and copy this URL.

3. Open up Microsoft Outlook and add in a New Internet Calendar.

4. Paste the URL into the Internet Calendar and press save.

5. Refresh your Outlook Calendar and your Activities will begin to sync from iVvy into Outlook.
