Group Reports - Discount Report

Use the 'Group Reporting' section to access data across multiple properties and learn about your filtering and column options within the 'Discount Report'

Navigate to Venues > Groups Report (Tab)

The Discount Report is a summary of revenue offered to clients through the use of a discount campaign and by booking for a given date range for all of your venues or a combination of venues of interest.

Search criteria is based on

Limit Report To: All or a selection of venues of interest
Event start and end dates
Booking Status: Prospective, Tentative, Confirmed or a combination.
Tax Shown: Including or Excluding Tax

You are able to apply the following filters and show/hide each column to find the data set required.

Campaign Name	Venue	Company Name	Event Name
Event Date	Status	Event Type	Currency Symbol
Food Discount	Beverage Discount	Audio Visual Discount	Room Hire Discount
Accommodation Discount	Total Discount	Total Discount %	Booking Value Pre Discount Ex. Tax
Booking Value After Discount Ex. Tax

Discount Values Filtered by

Equals	Not Equal	Less than	Less than or equals
Greater than	Greater than or equals	In range

Exporting/ Printing your Report

Once you have adjusted your Set Columns the report can be printed or exported by clicking the Export or Print Page button located on the top right hand side at the table.
