  1. Past booking with a past cut-off date: The report always chooses the actual number. If the actual number is 0. It will show 0 in the report. 
  2. Future booking with a past cut-off date: Since the cut-off date is in the past, the report always chooses the actual number. If the actual number is 0. It will show 0 in the report.
  3. Future booking with no cut-off date: The cut-off date = Booking date. Since the booking is in the future, the report will pick the number of selected future booking data.
  4. Future booking with future cut-off date: Since the booking is in the future, the report will pick the number of selected future booking data.

1. Creating the Group Block Pace Report for a Past booking with a past cut-off date.

Booking Name: Test A

Explanation:

Here, the booking is a past booking and the cut-off date is a past date too (31 /03 /2020). 

When you generate the Group Block Pace Report, it will pull the actual values to the report. In this example, the report will display the Actual/ On the books number as 3.

Explanation:

Explanation:

Here, the booking is a future booking (01 /11 /2022) and there’s no cut off date. Then the report will consider the booking date (01 /11 /2022) as the cut off date. 

When you generate the Group Block Pace Report, it will pull the future booking data values to the report (Future booking data = Blocked). In this example, the report will display the Actual/ On the books number as 7.

When you generate the Group Block Pace Report, it will pull the future booking data values to the report from selected future booking data (Future booking data: Contracted). In this example, the report will display the Actual/ On the books number as 5.
