FAQs for your Marketplace

Learn how to add Frequently Asked Questions to your Marketplace listing. These questions will hopefully lead to less questions to your Sales team when the enquiry is received.

To add FAQs to your Marketplace Profile follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to Setup > Online Bookings > FAQs

2. Click on the 'FAQs' tab

3. Click 'Add Question'

4. Add your question and answer to the pop out window

5. If you do not want your question to show on the Marketplace simply change, Is Published = No

6. Click 'Save'
   
   

We recommend a minimum of 3 questions be loaded for the Marketplace.
