Locate and open the video you would like to embed at www.youtube.com
Click on Share then Embed, select the Video Size, then copy the HTML code
In iVvy, within your event, go to Event Setup > Website > Pages, select the appropriate page and click on Edit
The HTML code you copied earlier needs to be added to the HTML code on the page you are editing. Click on Source to show the HTML code
Paste the code into the source, in this case I want the video to appear beneath my welcome message, so I have pasted it below the welcome message
Click on Source again to view the web page in the editor. When you have finished editing the page, click on Save
