Emailing an Invoice with the Pay Now Button

Learn how to email out an invoice from a booking.

Follow the steps below to email an invoice to your customers that includes the Pay Now Button

  1. Bookings > Bookings > Edit Booking 
  2. Click on the 'Statement' tab
  3. Click on the 'Payment Terms' tab and ensure you have added your payment terms to the booking. 

  4. Click on the 'Statement' tab and create your invoice if you haven't done so already (Add Invoice > Payment Terms > Select invoice you wish to create)
  5. Select the invoice and click the 'Email' button

  6. Select the required email template and click 'Continue'
    Note: You can choose not to use a template and free type an email on the next page

  7. Edit the content of the email and recipients of the email as required

  8. Click 'Send'

  9. You will receive an automated email from iVvy once the invoice has been paid online via credit card.
