Editing the Status of Multiple Quotes / Bookings

Learn how to update multiple quotes or bookings status' with all at once.

If you need to change the status of more than one quote or booking at a time, then iVvy has made the process relatively easy. To select and change the status of multiple bookings:

1. Navigate to Bookings > Bookings or Sales > Quotes

2. Select the required quotes or bookings

3. Select the 'Change Status' Button

4. Select the new status

5. Update the Opportunity Stage

6. Update the Reason for the status change

7. Click Change
