Learn how to turn on an XML feed for Digital Signage

iVvy has the ability to provide an XML feed of your Session Signage: or Function Post As: text field to your digital signage system.

Enabling Digital Signage

1. Navigate to Setup > Venue Details > Company Details

2. Scroll down to the setting below your venue logo and set Enable Signage XML Feed = YES

3. Copy the XML feed URL and enter this into your digital signage system

Adding the display text to a session / function

1. Bookings > Bookings > Edit Booking
2. Click 'Session/Function' tab
3. Select and edit your session/function
4. Click on the 'Details' tab
5. Enter the text to be displayed in the Signage / Post As text box
6. If you only want this text displayed on the BEO, and not on your digital signage, select Digital Signage Visible = No
7. Click 'Save'
