Defining Your Opportunity Quality

Learn how to create and customise opportunity qualities for your account.

Opportunity Quality is used to qualify your enquiries. By default, the system has A, B and C-Grade Quality ratings. You can edit, delete or add your own Opportunity Quality Rankings based on your business operations.

You can filter your opportunities and reports by their assigned Quality Rating.

You can add a new one or edit an existing one by;
  1. Navigating to Global Settings > CRM > Quality
  2. Click 'Add Quality'
  3. Enter Quality Label. This is what your team will see when selecting a quality. 
  4. Choose if you want the forecasted revenue of this quality type to be displayed on the Reports Dashboard
  5. Click 'Save'
