Learn how to create Opportunity Types/ Market Segments for reporting purposes.

Defining a Opportunity Types/ Market Segments for your Opportunities allows you to forecast on the type of clients/companies you are dealing with, such as Associations, Corporations, PCO’s etc.

To Define your Opportunity Types/Market Segments
  1. Navigate to Global Settings  > CRM > Types/ Market Segments
  2. Click 'Add Type'.
  3. Enter the name of the Opportunity type/ Market segment. 
  4. Click 'Save'. 

Creating Opportunity Type

  • Edit- Allow you to edit the existing Lead Type.
  • Delete- Allow you to delete the existing Lead Type.
