Defining a Opportunity Types/ Market Segments for your Opportunities allows you to forecast on the type of clients/companies you are dealing with, such as Associations, Corporations, PCO’s etc.To Define your Opportunity Types/Market Segments
- Navigate to Global Settings > CRM > Types/ Market Segments
- Click 'Add Type'.
- Enter the name of the Opportunity type/ Market segment.
- Click 'Save'.

- Edit- Allow you to edit the existing Lead Type.
- Delete- Allow you to delete the existing Lead Type.
