Customising the Look and Feel of your Tickets

Learn how to add additional content to your tickets and add a logo.

You can add content and images to your tickets to spruce it up and make it look more personalised to your event.

To Add Content to your Delegates Tickets:

  1. Navigate to: Event Setup > Tickets > Settings
    • Hide Ticket Header Text: If you do not wish to hide the text, you have the option to leave with the default text or change. This text will appear across the top of the ticket when the page is printed.Complete the following:
    • Ticket Content: Add in any content you wish to appear underneath the ticket when it is printed. You can add images as well. Links can also be inserted, however the delegate will only be able to view them if they keep their ticket as a digital copy.
  2. Click 'Save'

Adding the Attendees Allocated Sessions to their Ticket

  1. Navigate to: Event Setup > Tickets > Settings
  2. Click on the 'Options Available' button, highlighted in the Gif below and select the sessions placeholder.
  3. When the ticket is printed, it will show only the session that the attendee on that ticket is permitted to attend based on their registration.
  4. Click 'Save'

Adding a Logo to your Ticket: 

  1. Navigate to: Event Setup > Website > 'Website Settings' tab
  2. Ticket Logo: Load logo for the ticket 
  3. Click 'Save'
