Creating No answers for an invitation email

Invitation “No” reasons give you the opportunity to enter a custom list of reasons why the invitee cannot attend your event, such as “other commitments” or “does not interest me”. When an invitee receives your invitation and clicks “No” they will be taken to a decline invitation page, and will be supplied with your list of reasons to select. If they do not like any other your options, they can select “other” and enter their own.

This will allow you to view demographics on why invitees are declining to attend your event.

To create no reasons for an invitation email:

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Invitation “No” Reasons.
  2. Click “Add No Reason”
  3. Click “Save”

Repeat the process for all of the reasons you wish to offer the invitees.
