When using the invitation manager, you can create priorities to set what order you invite your contacts.
When using the invitation manager, you can create priorities to set what order you invite your contacts in. E.g. First Priority, these will be invited first, if they don’t fill the seats then invitations will be sent out to Second Priority Contacts etc.
When an invitation manager is inviting contacts to an event, they will be asked what Priority that contact is being given.
To Create Invitation Priorities for your Event:
- Navigate to Manage Registrations > Invitations > Invitation Priorities
- Click “Add Priority”
- Save
