Copying an Opportunity to Another Venue

Learn how to copy an opportunity from one venue in your iVvy account to another.

If you receive an opportunity at your venue, you may wish to copy and send this to another property in your portfolio. This saves you from creating the opportunity again in the other venue, and avoids duplicating any contact and company details.

1. Navigate to Sales > Opportunities > Select Opportunity 
2. Click the Copy button 
3. Name the Opportunity (by default it will add in Copy to the name)
4. Select the Venue to copy the opportunity to
5. Assign a Sales Person
6. Assign the Stage of the opportunity
7. Select the Source of the Opportunity. For example you may wish to change this to an internal referral
8. Click Copy to save and create
