Learn how to work with your contacts in your CRM
All contacts will have several tabs to allow you to view information specific to that Contact:
Contact Details contains the below default fields as well as any custom contact fields:
iVvy requires that a contact have at least a unique First Name, Last Name and Email.

From this tab you are able to see when a contact was created, all events they have attended and all email campaigns they have received.
Additionally you can see the current status in regards to your email and SMS campaigns whether they are Subscribed, Unsubscribed or Bounced.
Finally you can view the Subscription groups a contact belongs to as well as adding or removing them from groups.
Clients working with Meeting Bookers will be able to create a meeting booker login via this tab.
This tab will list any companies that this contact is a member of. You can add a relationship between this contact and any number of companies by pressing the 'Add Company' button.
This tab simply allows you to add custom notes that will not be visible to the contact. New notes simply consist of the note itself but the table will show you created date, created by, note and modified date.
Venue Quote/Venue Bookings
These tabs show all quotes or bookings attached to the contact with links directly to the quote/booking. From this screen you are able to see the Name, Event Start Date, Event End Date, Total Amount/Value and Venue as well as a link to the quote/booking
From this tab you can see all Opportunities assigned to a contact. From this screen you are able to see the Name, Venue, Salesperson, Stage Name, Created Date and Last Modified as well as a link to the Opportunity.
From this tab you can see all Leads assigned to a contact. From this screen you are able to see the Name, Salesperson, Stage Name, Created Date and Last Modified as well as a link to the Lead.
This tab will show all activities assigned to the contact. You will also be able to add a new Activity via the 'Add Activity' button. From this screen you will be able to see Activity Name, Associate With, Associated Name, Account, Team Member, When, Until, Location, Created Date, Modified Date, Lead Name (if applicable), Event Name (if applicable), Event Start Date, Event End Date.
This tab will allow you to view all email correspondence. From this tab you will be able to view; Date Sent, Contact, From, To, Subject, Type and Reference.
Creating Contacts in iVvy
You can create a contact from within a Opportunity or new quote or booking by clicking on the “Add” link next to the Contact field, or via an Event through a registration.
You can also Navigate to the contacts section of iVvy by clicking on the “Contacts” menu item in the top left of the screen To create a new contact manually;
Navigate to the Contacts module of the application by clicking on the "Contacts" button in the top left of the screen.
Click on the “Add Contact” button, and fill in the appropriate fields.
The fields are made up of the set of standard fields, and then the custom fields you can add in the Account Settings area.
