In certain situations, a client user may forget their password. You are able to easily change it for them on their behalf so that they can log in to view their event reports.
Note: Client users are the only users an administrator can change a password for, normal account users are responsible for changing their own password by doing a password reset. A client user can also do a password reset, however you can also change the password on their behalf.
To change a client user's password
- Navigate to: Event Setup > Client Access
- Select the tick box of the user you are changing their password and click the “change password” button.
- Type in a new password and click “save”
