Learn how to allocate your Opportunities to Team Members at your Venue.
When Opportunities are created through the iVvy Marketplace or through your website, they will be allocated to team members based on the Opportunity Allocation Rules.
If there are no Opportunities allocation rules, and there are more than two team members, Opportunities will be added to the “Unassigned Opportunities” list. You will need to manually change the Opportunity owner by:
- Navigate to Sales > Unassigned Opportunities
- Select the Opportunity > Click Edit > Click on the Details Tab
- Assign a Sales Person
- Click Save
This opportunity will be moved from Unassigned Opportunities to Opportunities.
Alternatively, you change the opportunity owner by following the below short cut.
- Navigate to Sales > Unassigned Opportunities
- Select the Opportunity > Click Change Owner
- Assign a Sales Person
- Click Save
The iVvy system will also auto generate an internal email to the allocated user to notify them that this opportunity has been allocated to them.
