      Adding COVID-19 Safe Options to your Marketplace Listing

      Learn how to update your Marketplace and Booking Engine Listing to display your COVID-19 measures.

      To assist venues re-opening and taking online bookings, iVvy has added COVID Safe Options that can be displayed on your Marketplace Listing and Booking Engine Page. The options you select will be displayed at the top of your listing, and below your facilities and catering options.

       

       

       

      To setup your COVID Safe Options:

      1. Navigate to Setup > Venue Details > Marketplace Profile
      2. Scroll down to COVID Safe Options. Select the options that apply to your venue. You can update these at anytime. The options available are:
        • Staff wear face masks
        • Staff wear gloves
        • Hand sanitiser available
        • Face masks available on request
        • Infrared thermometers available on request
        • Social distancing enforced
        • Rooms & surfaces cleaned frequently
        • Sign in/out sheet
        • Separate entry & exit
        • Contactless payments
        • COVID signage
        • Compliant with government COVID-19 procedures
      3. Once complete click Save. Your listing will update automatically.
