      Adding an Event Banner to your website

      Learn how to add a Static or Dynamic Event Banner to your Event Website.

      In iVvy we provide the option to add a Static banner image or dynamic banner image to your event website. A Static banner is simply an image, which allows you to design an image with your team and simply load into iVvy. Alternatively we have a Dynamic Event Banner which will merge through information on your event and display in either a count down clock or calendar. 

      Adding a Dynamic Banner

      1. View the event you wish to edit
      2. Navigate to Event Setup > Website > 'Website Pages' tab > Edit the website page you wish to add dynamic content to.
      3. Click the 'Content' tab on the toolbar >Click 'Dynamic' 
      4. Drag & drop the 'Event Banner' element onto your website page. 
      5. Hover over the element and click the pencil to edit or the arrows to move the element around your page. When editing you will be able to update the following: 
        • Version: Calendar or Count down options available
        • Background Colour: Please select from the colour selector or provide the Hecs # code. If you have selected the Count down option, you can also select the Time Inactive and Active colour.
        • Text Colour: Please select from the colour selector or provide the Hecs # code.
        • Image Selected: If you would like to load a background image, click Replace Image > Upload Image- From image library > Click 'Select from image library' > Upload or Select existing image 
        • Background Position: Select; don't stretch or stretch to fit screen.
      6. Click 'Apply and Close'
      7. Remember to 'Save' your website page.

      Adding a Static Banner

      1. View the event you wish to edit
      2. Navigate to Event Setup > Website > 'Website Pages' tab > Edit the website page you wish to add dynamic content to.
      3. Click the 'Content' tab on the toolbar >Click 'Static' 
      4. Drag & drop the 'Banner Image' element onto your website page. 
      5. Hover over the element and click the pencil to edit or the arrows to move the element around your page. When editing you will be able to update the following:
        • Upload Image: From image library > Click 'Select from image library' > Upload or Select existing image 
        • Container size: Select full width of screen or width content
        • Stretch image to fit container: Select Yes or No 
      6. Click 'Apply and Close'
      7. Remember to 'Save' your website page.
