Learn how to add a sponsor to your event so you can easily advertise your sponsors on your event website.
Sponsors can be added into the system so you can easily advertise your sponsors on your event website. Sponsors are grouped via their sponsorship level. The standard sponsorship levels can be used (platinum, gold, silver, bronze) or you can create custom ones, for more information refer to Creating a Custom Sponsorship Level.
How to Enable Sessions
- Navigate to Event Setup > Event Settings > Configure
- Set Include Sponsors- Yes
- Click 'Save'
How to Create a Session
- Navigate to Event Setup > Sponsors > 'Sponsors' Tab
- Click on 'Add Sponsor'
- If you use the same sponsor for multiple events, you can 'Select Existing Sponsor' to add to your event so you don’t have to keep typing in the same information, otherwise 'Create New Sponsor'
- Complete the following information:
- Name: Fill in the name of the sponsor
- Website: Fill in the website address (Optional). When you add the sponsor to your website, a delegate will be able to click on the sponsorship logo and it will take the customer to the sponsors website.
- Company Description: Fill in a company description (Optional). When you add the sponsor to your website, a delegate will be able to hover over the sponsor logo and see the company description.
- Logo: Insert the sponsors logo (128px x 97px)
- Level: Select the membership level. If you have custom levels turned on, and the level is not available you can select “Add” to the right of the box to add a new level.
- Sponsorship Type: Select whether the sponsor is a dollar or a contra sponsor (this is for internal purposes only). If you select dollar, you can insert the amounts the sponsor has decided to sponsor (this too is for internal purposes).
- Click 'Save'
Update Sponsor Settings
- Navigate to Event Setup > Sponsors > Sponsor Settings
- Update the following as required:
- Sort Alphabetically: If set to Yes, the system will display sponsors alphabetically on the event website.
- Custom Sponsorship Levels: Select Yes/No
- Show Speakers on Website: Select if you would like all sponsors , no sponsors or selected sponsors on event website.
- Click 'Save'
