Adding a Floorplan to a Quote or Booking

Learn how to add your iVvy floorplan to a Quote or Booking and send to a customer.

Once you have a floorplan created for your space, you can then apply it to a quote or booking.

Note: You will only be able to add floorplans for spaces which have sessions/functions in your quote or booking.

To add a floorplan to a quote or booking:

1. Edit the respective quote or booking
2. Click the Floorplan Tab and select add floor plan. You will be offered a list of available floor plans to choose from.
3. Choose the plan and click Save
4. Edit the floorplan and make any edits or modifications based on your clients event. Changes made to the floorplan inside a quote or booking will not change your templates. 
5. Click 'Save' in the bottom left to save any changes made. 

Emailing/Printing a Floorplan 

1. Edit the respective quote or booking
2. Click the Floorplan Tab
3. Edit the floorplan you wish to Print or Email 
4. Click Actions in the bottom left. Here you will be able to Save an Print or Email the floorplan as a PDF or PNG file.
