      Accommodation Holding Report

      Learn about your filtering and column options within the Accommodation Holding Report

      The Accommodation Holding Report will give you a simple overview of the number of actual rooms picked up during a month vs the budget number of rooms.

      You are able to apply the following filters and show/hide each column to find the data set required. 

      Navigate to your Venue > Reports & Budgets > Reports


      Filters 

      Start Date

      End Date

      Status (Tentative / Confirmed)

      Columns

      Columns

      Month/Year

      Pending Rooms

      Actual Rooms

      Budget Rooms

      Actual V/s Budget

      Exporting/ Printing your Report

      Once you have adjusted your Set Columns the report can be printed or exported by clicking the Export or Print Page button located on the top right hand side at the table.
